摘 要:风力选煤往往应用于高寒缺水地区,冬季气温低,昼夜温差大,煤在风选机床面上振动导致内能增加,煤中水分蒸发导致除尘器内部湿度较高,在遇到除尘器内壁时,往往出现冻粘现象,导致除尘器堵塞,除尘效率下降,为了解决上述问题,选取了六种常见的材料镶嵌在旋风除尘器的内壁,通过实验证明聚四氟乙烯材料作为内壁效果较好,能够长时间保持除尘器内壁冻而不粘,大大降低了除尘器内壁由于冻粘导致除尘器内部堵塞,进而导致除尘效率下降的概率。Wind coal preparation is often used in cold and water-scarce areas.The temperature is low in winter and the temperature gap between day and night is large.The vibration of coal on the surface of the wind separation machine leads to the increase of internal energy,and the evaporation of water in the coal leads to the high humidity inside the dust collector.Six kinds of common materials were selected to be embedded in the inner wall of the cyclone dust collector.The experiment proved that the PTFE material as the inner wall of the cyclone dust collector has a better effect and can keep the inner wall of the dust collector frozen for a long time without sticking,which greatly reduces the probability of the inner wall of the dust collector blocked due to the freezing sticking,which brings down the dust removal efficiency.
