摘  要:采用ALE算法对高压水射流破岩过程进行数值模拟,通过模拟连续射流破岩过程,分析讨论了高压水射流破岩机理、岩石破坏形态以及岩石损伤特征。研究结果表明,射流破岩过程中岩石受到压应力、拉应力以及剪应力,岩石破碎是由冲击压力、水锤压力、应力波、水楔共同作用的结果,射流破岩具有阶段循环性,在不同破岩循环时期阶段各作用力具有相应的主导性。岩石破坏形态具有时变性,随着时间推移,其破坏形态不断变化,最终破坏形态呈漏斗状或深“V”形,岩石破坏具有局部特征以及分区性,可分为破坏区、损伤区以及原始状态区。岩石损伤具有阶段性,可分为无损伤阶段、密集损伤阶段以及破坏阶段。研究成果对高压水射流破岩领域研究具有一定的借鉴意义。ALE algorithm is used to simulate the rock breaking process of high-pressure water jet.By simulating the rock breaking process of continuous jet,the rock breaking mechanism,rock failure form and rock damage characteristics of high-pressure water jet are analyzed and discussed.The results show that the rock is subjected to compressive stress,tensile stress and shear stress in the process of jet rock breaking.The rock breaking is the result of the joint action of impact pressure,water hammer pressure,stress wave and water wedge.The jet rock breaking has stage circulation,and each force has corresponding dominance in different stages of rock breaking cycle.The failure form of rock is time-varying,its failure form changes constantly as time goes,and the final failure form is funnel-shaped or deep“V”.The rock failure has local characteristics,which can also be divided into failure area,damage area and original state area.The rock damage is staged,which can be divided into non damage stage,intensive damage stage and failure stage.
