摘  要:为探寻参数(转折角度、板间距、气流速度)对矿用湿式除尘风机所用流线型除雾器的除雾效率和压力损失的影响规律,采用Fluent软件对除雾器内的流动进行了三维数值模拟,通过引入评价参数来优化得出一种除雾效率高、能降低除尘风机功耗的除雾器结构。结果表明:随除雾器转折角度和板间距离减小,除雾效率和压力损失均呈现增加趋势。雾滴粒径大于10μm,除雾效率随气流速度增加而提高;雾滴粒径小于10μm,除雾效率随气流速度增大而下降。板间距从40mm减小到20mm,压力损失仅增加了15%左右;速度从2m/s增加到6m/s,压力损失增加约5倍,板间距对压力损失的影响程度明显低于速度对压力损失的影响。达到相同的除雾效率时,参数θ=90°、B=20mm的除雾器相对具有最佳性能,评价参数保持较低值,可减少除尘风机功耗。评价参数可在除尘风机功耗和除雾器结构设计之间建立关联,为除雾器优化设计提供了一种思路。In order to explore the influence of different combinations of parameters(turning angle,blade pitch and airflow velocity)on the mist removal efficiency and pressure loss of the streamlined mist eliminators used in the mining wet dust removal fan,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the air flow containing droplets in the streamlined demister was carried out using FLUENT software.The evaluation parameters are introduced to optimize the demister structure for higher demisting efficiency and lower power consumption of the dust removal fan.The results show that:with the decrease of the turning angle of the demister and the blade pitch,the mist removal efficiency and the pressure loss show an increasing trend.When the droplet size is greater than 10μm,the mist removal efficiency increases under rising airflow velocity;when the droplet size is less than 10μm,the mist removal efficiency decreases under declining airflow velocity.When the blade pitch is reduced from 40 mm to 20 mm,the pressure loss increases by only about 15%;however,when the speed increases from 2 m/s to 6 m/s,the pressure loss increases by about 5 times.Therefore,the influence of blade pitch on pressure loss much less significant than that of velocity.When the mist eliminator has the same mist removal efficiency,the mist eliminator with the parametersθ=90°and B=20 mm has the best performance.At this time,the evaluation parameters of the demister remain low,which can reduce the power consumption of the dust removal fan.The evaluation parameter can establish a correlation between the power consumption of the dust removal fan and the structural design of the demister.This method provides an idea for the optimal design of the mist eliminator.
