摘 要:吉郎德露天煤矿原煤属于超低灰优质动力煤,其洗选产品中,15~5mm超低灰精煤可用作生产单晶硅的还原剂(简称“硅煤”)。硅煤对粒度、灰分、含铁量、含粉率要求极高,为了更好地生产超低灰硅煤,结合原煤灰分及浮沉特性,对三产品重介旋流器分选、跳汰选及风选三种工艺进行对比,最终推荐选煤厂采用多级深度筛分、将15~5mm筛出后采用跳汰高密度分选。选煤厂投产以来,系统运行平稳,达到了设计生产能力,产品质量满足用户需求,经济效益显著。The raw coal of Jilangde Open-pit Coal Mine is ultra-low ash high-quality power coal,among the washing products,15~5 mm ultra-low ash clean coal can be used as the reducing agent for the monocrystalline silicon production(referred to as“silicon coal”).Silicon coal has very high requirements on particle size,ash content,iron content and powder content.In order to better produce ultra-low ash silicon coal,combining with the characteristics of raw ash content and flotation and sedimentation,three processes of dense medium cyclone separation,jigging separation and air separation are compared.Finally,it is recommended that the coal preparation plant adopt multi-stage deep screening,and jigging high-density separation after 15~5 mm screening.Since the coal preparation plant was put into operation,the system was operated stably,the design capacity was reached,and the product quality met the needs of users,providing significant economic benefits.
