摘 要:针对受平行采动影响大巷持续大变形的问题,在全面地质力学测试基础上,分析巷道大变形特点及围岩控制难点,将回采巷道切顶卸压、大巷断底卸压与围岩注浆重塑技术相结合,形成了平行采动大巷“深卸-浅塑”围岩综合控制技术。现场应用结果显示:煤柱应力整体升高幅度可控;工作面回采过程中隅角基本无悬顶;巷道顶底板最大变形量为216mm,两帮最大变形量为296mm、锚杆索受力稳定、顶板总离层值小于20mm,较好实现被保护大巷围岩控制的目的。Aiming at the continuous large deformation of roadway,based on geomechanical testing,the characteristics of parallel mining roadway and the difficulties in rock control are analyzed.The roof cutting pressure relief of the mining roadway,floor cutting pressure relief in main roadway and grouting surrounding rock remodeling are combined to form the“deep unloading shallow remodeling”surrounding rock comprehensive control technology of the parallel mining roadway.The monitoring results of roadway ground pressure show that,the coal pillar stress is stable in time after the mining increase;there is almost no suspended roof on the corners;the maximum deformation of roof and floor is 296 mm,the stress on bolt cable is stable;and the total roof separation is within 20 mm.The effect of surrounding rock control in main roadway is favorable.
