摘 要:复合顶板沿空巷道在回采扰动下,煤柱尺寸选取时应充分考虑其顶板结构的特殊性,巷道支护设计时应更注重复合顶板的控制,并尽可能增加巷道护表面积。以新源煤矿2203轨道平巷为研究对象,在理论计算最小煤柱尺寸范围在6.07~7.12m的基础上,通过数值模拟研究采动影响下不同尺寸煤柱受力及变形特征,得出区段煤柱为8m时,一次回采扰动后煤柱中部仍有弹性核心区,支护加固后可以保证二次回采超前动压影响下的巷道安全性,煤柱承载能力得到较大提升。研究成果在新源煤矿2203轨道平巷进行了工业性应用,围岩控制效果较好,保障了工作面的安全顺利生产。Under the mining disturbance of the gob-side entry with composite roof,the particularity of the roof structure shall be fully considered when determining the coal pillar size,and more attention shall be paid to the control of the composite roof in the roadway support design,and the roadway protection surface area shall be increased as much as possible.The theoretical calculation of minimum coal pillar size range of 2203 track drift in Xinyuan Coal Mine is 6.07~7.12 m,the stress and deformation characteristics of coal pillars with different sizes under mining influence are studied through numerical simulation.It is concluded that when the district coal pillar is 8 m,there is still an elastic core area in the middle of the coal pillar after the primary mining disturbance.After support reinforcement,the roadway safety can be guaranteed under the secondary mining advance dynamic pressure,the bearing capacity of coal pillar has been greatly improved.The research results have been applied in the 2203 track drift of Xinyuan Coal Mine,and the surrounding rock control effect is favorable,ensuring the safe and smooth production of the working face.
