摘 要:依据马钢现场冶炼实际,对转炉炼钢用铁水适宜硅含量进行研究分析。结果表明:铁水中的硅氧化放热,只有18.87%的热量被熔池钢液吸收,其余部分主要用于加热和熔化为调整炉渣碱度而加入的石灰。通过计算脱磷量与渣量的对应关系,并结合石灰条件和脱磷碱度要求,最终确定转炉炼钢用铁水适宜硅含量为0.289%-0.330%。According to the on-site smelting conditions of Masteel,the suitable silicon content of molten iron for converter steelmaking is studied and analyzed.The results show that only 18.87%of the heat is absorbed by the molten steel in the molten iron,and the rest is mainly used to heat and melt the lime added to adjust the basicity of the slag.By calculating the corresponding relationship between dephosphorization amount and slag amount,combined with lime conditions and dephosphorization alkalinity requirements,it is finally determined that the appropriate silicon content of molten iron for converter steelmaking is 0.289%-0.330%.
