摘　　要：哈萨克族是我国56个民族之一,有着悠久的历史和灿烂的民族文化。哈萨克语属于阿尔泰语系突厥语族西匈语支语言。然而,清代哈萨克人先后使用过何种文字?采用阿拉伯文字母拼写的哈萨克文是何时出现的?笔者依据清代新疆满文档案和相关历史,对上述问题进行科学论述,以期阐明清代哈萨克人的文字史。Kazakh is one of the 56 ethnic groups in China,with a long history and splendid national culture.Kazakh language belongs to the western Hungarian branch of the Turkic language family of the Altaic languages.What kinds of writing system,however,did Kazakhs use in the Qing Dynasty?When did the Kazakh writing system spelled with Arabic letters appear?Based on Qing Manchu archives about Xinjiang history and other relevant documents,the author scientifically discusses the above issues in order to clarify the historical course of Kazakh writing system in the Qing Dynasty.
