摘　　要：新中国经济建设是前无古人的宏伟而又十分艰巨的事业,是要彻底掀翻人类几千年剥削阶级的经济基础。毛泽东是伟大的马克思主义政治经济学家,他领导取得的巨大成就可以总结为十方面:相当于打赢了三场较大规模的反侵略战争,有力捍卫了我国主权和神圣领土;独立自主、自力更生研发“两弹一星一潜艇”等;自力更生建立了独立的比较完整的工业体系和国民经济体系;建成国计民生所必需的大量的基本基础设施;完成社会主义改造;人均预期寿命迅速提升;努力争取开放,进口外国技术,吸收外国资本;从横向比较看经济快速发展;排除种种干扰重返联合国;既无内债又无外债。必须正确对待新中国前27年经济建设中存在的失误。毛泽东对其中存在的偏差乃至错误察觉最早,不仅纠正态度坚决,而且甚为苦口婆心。他对新中国前27年经济建设中所犯错误主动承担领导责任,并在后来实际工作中一直避免重犯。把相关失误都堆放到毛泽东一人头上,这是历史虚无主义的重要表现。新中国成立一直到毛泽东去世的27年历史,我国经济建设取得的成就是十分伟大且无比辉煌的,人们应当始终铭记并正确认识。The economic construction of new China is a grand and extremely arduous undertaking unprecedented in history,as it aims to completely overturn the thousand-year economic foundation of the exploiting classes in human history.Mao Ze-dong’s great achievements can be summarized in ten aspects:effectively defending China’s sovereignty and sacred territory by winning three large-scale anti-aggression wars;researching and developing“two bombs,one satellite,and one submarine”independently and through selfreliance;establishing an independent and relatively complete industrial system and national economic system;building a wealth of basic infrastructures necessary for the national economy and people’s livelihood;completing socialist transformation;rapidly raising life expectancy per capita;striving for openness,importing foreign technology and absorbing foreign capital;rapid economic development in a horizontal comparison;returning to the United Nations despite all kinds of interferences;owing no domestic or foreign debt.We must correctly deal with the mistakes in economic construction during the 27 years prior to reform and opening up.Resolute in error correction and laborious of advising,Mao Ze-dong was the earliest to recognize the deviations and even mistakes.It is a serious manifestation of historical nihilism to heap relevant mistakes on Chairman Mao alone.The great and extremely brilliant achievements,throughout the 27 years since the founding of New China and up to Mao’s death,deserve remembrance and proper recognition.
