摘　　要：法治中国建设是一场伟大的政治实验,其目标是开拓一条中国特色社会主义法治道路。社会主义性质是中国特色社会主义法治道路的本质特征,坚持法治中国建设的社会主义性质具有历史、现实及未来发展的必然性。中国特色社会主义是党领导人民经过百年奋斗取得的根本成就。我们要建设法治中国,必须遵循社会主义性质所决定的基本要求,始终坚持党的领导、坚持以人民为中心、坚持社会主义基本经济制度、坚持社会主义核心价值观、坚持以中国特色社会主义法治理论为指导、坚持制度选择符合不断发展变化的中国国情。为更好地坚持法治中国建设的社会主义性质,应以科学的辩证思维对中国特色社会主义法治进行全面辩证的解读,要尊重其独特价值,要与时俱进,要不断探索法治建设规律,要注意防“左”和防右,要注意问题导向、目标导向及实践导向相结合,从而确保中国特色社会主义法治道路的正确性。Building the rule of law in China is a great political experiment with the goal of pioneering the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.The socialist nature is the essential feature of the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and adherence to the socialist nature of Building the rule of law in China has the inevitability of history,reality and future development.Socialism with Chinese characteristics is a fundamental achievement made by the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC after a century of struggle.To build the rule of law in China,we must comply with the basic requirements defined by the nature of socialism,always adhering to the leadership of the CPC,the people as the centre,the basic socialist economic system,the core socialist values,the socialist theory of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics as the guide,and the choice of system in line with the evolving Chinese national conditions.In order to better adhere to the socialist nature of building the rule of law in China,we should make a comprehensive and dialectical interpretation of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics with scientific dialectical thinking,respect its unique values,and advance with the times.We should constantly explore the laws of the construction of the rule of law,guard against“left”and“right”mistakes,and pay attention to integrating the orientation of problem,goal and practice,so as to ensure the correctness of the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
