摘　　要：思想理论建设是党的基础性建设。注重思想建党、理论强党,坚持用党的最新科学理论武装全党,是我们党的光荣传统和特有优势。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把握大变局、立足新时代、开辟新征程,不断推进党的理论创新。理论创新每前进一步,理论武装就要跟进一步,面临两个大局下新的时代挑战,思想理论建设应通过三个“坚持”和五个“打通”不断加以推进。Ideological and theoretical construction is fundamental to party construction.It is the glorious tradition and unique advantage of the CPC to attach great significance to party construction with scientific thoughts and theories and adhere to arming the whole Party with its latest scientific theories.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jin-ping at its core,has grasped the big changes,based on the new era and embarked on a new journey,continuously promoting the Party’s theoretical innovation.Every step forward in theoretical innovation must be followed in practice.Faced with the new challenges of the times under the two major situations,ideological and theoretical construction should be continually enhanced through“three upholds”and“five connects”.
