泸州市篮球场地建设发展数据分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法,对泸州市篮球场地信息普及度进行调查研究,结果显示:泸州市篮球场存在场地信息封闭;场地收费随意;场地经营模式不明确;政府扶持不到位,政策实施力度较弱,致场地私人经营责任大;场地接待能力不足,致场地知名度较低等现象。建议:在"全民健身"政策引领下,政府积极转变职能,完善政策监督机制,确保相应政策的实施;篮球场地运营商应了解相关政策,寻求政府帮助,降低运营风险且积极转变运营方式,加强篮球场地管理提高场地接待能力,加大宣传力度,提升场地信息的普及程度;从而配合泸州地区"全民健身"政策的实施。By means of documentation,questionnaire,interview and other methods,this thesis makes investigation and research on the popularity of basketball court information in Luzhou.The result shows that a lot of problem exists like lack of court information,arbitrary charge on the court,unclear management model,insufficient government support and weak policy implementation resulting in Great private management re sponsibility,insufficient accommodation capacity resulting in low popularity of the court.It suggests that under the guidance of"National Fitness"policy,the government should actively transform its functions,improve policy supervision mechanism to ensure the implementation of relevant policies;Basketball court operators should understand relevant policies,seek help from the government to reduce operational risks,actively change operation model,strengthen basketball court management and improve court accommodation capacity,increase publicity to improve popularity of the court information,so as to cooperate with the implementation of"National Fitness"policy in Luzhou.
