多学科联合外倒转术在降低剖宫产术率中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究多学科联合外倒转术在降低剖宫产术率中的效果,为临床提供指导。方法结合孕妇的具体情况以及意愿将2015年1月—2017年1月深圳市妇幼保健院88例孕周≥37周的单胎臀位孕妇分为观察组(44例,应用多学科联合外倒转术干预)、对照组(44例,应用外倒转术干预),对比2组的外倒转成功率、剖宫产术率、母婴并发症发生率、新生儿窒息评分及住院时间。结果观察组患者外倒转成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),且剖宫产术率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组母婴并发症发生率低于对照组(P>0.05);观察组新生儿窒息评分高于对照组,且住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对孕周≥37周的单胎臀位孕妇实施多学科联合外倒转术具有较佳的效果,有助于降低剖宫产术率,且安全性更高。Objective To explore the effect of multi-disciplinary external inversion in reducing cesarean section rate and provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,88 single breech pregnant women with the gestational week≥37 weeks were divided into an observation group(44 cases,multidiscipline-combined external inversion)and a control group(44 cases,external inversion),to test the application of external inversion intervention.The success rate of reversal,cesarean section rate,incidence of maternal and infant complications,neonatal asphyxia score and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).The neonatal asphyxia score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidiscipline-combined external inversion for single breech pregnant women with gestational week≥37 weeks has a better effect and is helpful in reducing cesarean section rate and has a higher safety.
