摘　　要：目的比较耳穴贴压对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法计算机检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library数据库有关耳穴贴压对妇科腹腔镜术后患者胃肠功能恢复影响的随机对照试验,并辅以其他检索方式,时间范围为建库至2018年9月。由2名研究者独立对纳入文献进行质量评价和资料提取,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入13篇研究文献,1216例患者。Meta分析结果显示,2组患者肛门首次排气时间(MD=-10.30,95%CI:[-13.60,-7.00],P<0.001)、肠鸣音恢复时间(MD=-6.89,95%CI:[-8.00,-5.78],P<0.001)和胃肠道并发症发生率(RR=0.50,95%CI:[0.42,0.60],P<0.001)差异具有统计学意义。结论耳穴贴压能缩短妇科腹腔镜术后患者肛门首次排气时间和肠鸣音恢复时间,减少胃肠道并发症发生率。Objective To compare the effect of auricular point sticking on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Randomized controlled trails about the effects of auricular point sticking on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery were retrieved in China Knowledge Network Infrastructure,China Biology Medicine Disc,WanFang Database,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library from inception to September 2018,and other sources as supplementswere also retrieved.Two investigators independently performed quality assessment and data extraction of the included literature and used RevMan 5.3 software for a Meta-analysis.Results A total of 13 studies,1216 patients were included.The Meta-analysis showed that the first anus exhaust time(MD=-10.30,95%CI:[-13.60,-7.00],P<0.001),bowel sound recovery time(MD=-6.89,95%CI:[-8.00,-5.78],P<0.001)and incidence of gastrointestinal complications(RR=0.50,95%CI:[0.42,0.60],P<0.001)were statistically significant.Conclusion The study showed that auricular point stickingcan shorten the first anus exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time after gynecological laparoscopic surgery and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal complications.
