基于中医古籍补脾阴方用药规律研究

摘　　要：目前,中医学对脾阴理论还没有形成完整的知识理论体系,但脾阴虚证临床症状却又特殊、复杂,特别容易与其他证候混淆,尤其是与胃阴虚之证。因此,该文从中医古籍方剂入手,通过对脾阴概念、生理功能、脾阴虚的证候分析和证候表现、补脾阴方用药规律及常用对药6个方面进行探析。研究发现,对搜集到的86首方剂、157味药物进行分析统计,发现其中常用药物有人参、白术、白芍、山药以及生地黄等;医治方药以清热、补气和补血药为主;药味以甘味为主;药性以温、平及微寒并用;药物归经以脾、肺和肝为侧重经络;常用对药以补益对药为主,以清热、理气和消食对药为辅,共同组成补脾阴方,以期对临床治疗脾阴虚证用药起到指导作用,提高临床用药疗效。At present,the theory of spleen Yin in traditional Chinese medicine has not formed a complete theoretical system of knowledge,but the clinical symptoms are special and complex,which is easy to be confused with other symptoms,especially the deficiency of stomach Yin.Therefore,in this paper,the author from the ancient Chinese medicine prescriptions,through the concept of spleen Yin,physiological function,spleen Yin deficiency syndrome analysis and syndrome performance,the law of spleen Yin prescriptions and commonly used drugs six aspects of shallow description.According to the analysis and statistics of 86 prescriptions and 157 medicines collected,it is found that the commonly used medicines are Renshen(Radix Et Rhizoma Ginseng),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae),Dihuang(Radix Rehmanniae);The treatment prescription is mainly composed of heat clearing,Qi replenishing and blood replenishing drugs;the taste of medicine is mainly sweet;the properties of medicine are warm,calm and mild cold;the meridian of medicine is mainly composed of spleen,lung and liver;the common medicine is mainly composed of tonic drugs,supplemented by heat clearing,Qi regulating and digestion drugs,so as to guide the clinical treatment of spleen Yin deficiency syndrome and improve the therapeutic effect of clinical medicine.
