摘　　要：鬼箭羽用药历史悠久,其古时主要用于治疗女子妇科经血疾病与驱邪杀虫,但现今对其研究较少。研究以鬼箭羽药材为基础,通过查阅历代本草医籍文献,与现代相关文献资料进行结合对比,对鬼箭羽进行名称考证、基原考证、用药部位考证、采收加工考证以及药材产区与分布考证。结果表明,鬼箭羽古时多以"卫矛"之名收载,亦存在众多别名,其名称多以植物形态而得来。历代本草书籍中收录其基原现今认为是卫矛科植物卫矛[Euonymus alatus(Thunb.)Sieb.],古时鬼箭羽常于春、夏、冬三季取其带翅状物的枝条或仅取其枝条上的翅状物,再经酥炙或直接阴干而得。鬼箭羽药用功效古今差异不大,主要为活血通经、祛风止痛、解毒消肿、杀虫。研究通过对鬼箭羽药材的药用历史考证可进一步探究影响鬼箭羽药材质量评价标准的诸多因素,为鬼箭羽药材的商品规格等级研究提供本草学依据。Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)has a long history.In ancient times,it was mainly used to treat women’s menstrual blood diseases and ancient people to drive away evil and kill insects.The herbalogical study was detailed carried out based on the naming,origin,location,harvesting,processing,habitat and medicial properties,by referring to the consult literature in all previous dynasties materia medica medical books,combine and compare with modern related literature,on the basis of Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)medicine.The results showed that in ancient times,Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)was mostly carried in the name of Euonymus alatus(Thunb.)Sieb.and it also had many nicknames,most of which were derived from its plant form.It is now believed to be the plant of Euonymus alatus(Thunb.)Sieb.In ancient times,there was a fake of Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi),which was similar to Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)but different in leaf;secondly,Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)was easy to be mixed with Gastrodie Rhizoma.seedling,and was also included in various herbs.In ancient times,Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)were usually obtained by taking the wing-shaped branches in spring,summer and winter,or only the wing-shaped branches,and then by moxibustion or directly dried in the shade.Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)medicinal efficacy of ancient and modern difference is not big,mainly for promoting blood circulation,removing wind and pain,detoxicating and detumescence,and killing insects.Through the textual research on the medicinal history of Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)medicinal materials,we can further explore many factors that affect the evaluation standard of the quality of Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)medicinal materials,and provide the basis of Materia Medica for the study of the commodity grade of Guijianyu(Ramulus Euonymi)medicinal materials.
