白术化学成分及现代药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：白术为临床常用中药,具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎功效。化学成分复杂,并且具有多种药理作用。该文对近5年来白术的化学成分、药理作用以及作用机制研究概况进行综述,发现白术的化学成分主要为白术挥发油、白术内酯以及白术多糖。并具有保肝、调节胃肠运动、抗炎性反应、抗肿瘤、调节免疫系统、降血糖、调节免疫代谢等作用,为白术的药理作用研究及临床应用提供理论依据。Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.It has the effects of invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi,drying dampness and diuresis,antiperspirant and anti-fetus.The chemical composition is complex.This article summarizes the research status of the chemical composition,pharmacological effects and mechanism of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)in recent years,and provides a theoretical basis for the further research and clinical application of the pharmacological effects of Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma).
