香砂六君子汤加味联合渐进式康复训练对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复及生活质量影响

摘　　要：目的探讨香砂六君子汤加味联合渐进式康复训练对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2019年9月我院收治的90例胃癌术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法随机分为空白组、对照组及观察组,每组各30例。空白组患者行传统围手术期康复治疗,对照组患者行渐进式康复训练,观察组患者行香砂六君子汤加味联合渐进式康复训练,观察3组患者术后下床时间、出院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、进流质时间、Karnofaky生活质量评分及胃泌素水平。结果观察组患者术后下床时间、出院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、进流质时间短于空白组及对照组(P<0.05),Karnofaky生活质量评分高于空白组及对照组(P<0.05),胃泌素水平高于空白组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤加味联合渐进式康复训练明显提升胃癌术后患者的胃肠功能恢复速度,提高了患者的生活质量,远期疗效可观,值得临床应用与深入研究。Objective To explore the effect of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with progressive rehabilitation training on gastrointestinal function recovery and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,90 patients with gastric cancer after operation in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into blank group,control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the blank group received traditional perioperative rehabilitation treatment,the patients in the control group received progressive rehabilitation training,and the patients in the observation group received modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction plus progressive rehabilitation training.The time of getting out of bed,time of discharge,time of recovery of bowel sounds,time of exhaust,time of inflow fluid,karnofaky quality of life score and gastrin level were observed.Results The time of getting out of bed,time of discharge,time of recovery of bowel sounds,time of exhausting air and time of entering fluid in the observation group were shorter than that in the blank group and the control group(P<0.05),the karnofaky quality of life score was higher than that in the blank group and the control group(P<0.05),and the gastrin level was higher than that in the blank group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with progressive rehabilitation training can significantly improve the recovery rate of gastrointestinal function and the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer after operation.The long-term effect is considerable,which is worthy of clinical application and in-depth study.
