摘　　要：神经性皮炎又称慢性单纯性苔藓。属于中医学的"牛皮癣""摄领疮""顽癣"范畴。好发于颈部两侧、项部、肘窝、腘窝、骶尾部、腕部、踝部,亦见于腰背部、眼睑、四肢及外阴等部位。目前针灸治疗神经性皮炎的经验越来越丰富,具有疗效好,安全,无不良反应等优点。该研究总结了近20年针灸治疗神经性皮炎的文献,系统归纳和整理了运用毫针疗法、火针疗法、梅花针疗法、三棱针疗法、穴位注射疗法、火针疗法、穴位埋线疗法、贴棉灸疗法等多种临床常用疗法,为治疗此病选择更有效的方法提供参考。Neurodermatitis is also called chronic lichen simplex.It belongs to the category of psoriasis,ingestion sore and persistent tinea in traditional Chinese medicine.It mainly occurs in both sides of neck,neck,elbow fossa,popliteal fossa,sacrococcygeal,wrist and ankle,and also in waist,back,eyelid,limbs and vulva.Nowadays,the experience of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of neurodermatitis is more and more abundant,it has the advantages of good curative effect,safety and non-toxic side effects.This study summarized the literature of acupuncture treatment of neurodermatitis in the past 20 years,systematically summarized and sorted out the use of filiform needle therapy,fire needle therapy,plum blossom needle therapy,three edged needle therapy,acupoint injection therapy,fire needle therapy,acupoint embedding therapy,cotton moxibustion therapy and other commonly used clinical therapies,providing a reference for the selection of more effective methods for the treatment of this disease.
