承气汤类方治疗肠燥津亏证便秘临床辨析

摘　　要：《伤寒论》首载三承气汤,主要用于治疗阳明腑实证。然同一病证,由于个人体质、时代背景等诸多因素,治疗不尽相同。阳明腑实,每多累及阴津,损伤正气,津亏肠渐燥,肠燥津更亏,迁延日久,虚实夹杂,病难速愈,治当攻补兼施,养阴增液与通腑泻实并用。肠燥津亏虽为一证,然病证浅深不一,立法侧重不同,从而导致用药相异。该文选取五首肠燥津亏所致便秘的代表性承气汤类方进行分析,以期根据病症浅深,辨证施治,为临床遣方用药提供依据。Chengqi Decoction first contained in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which was mainly used for the treatment of excess syndrome of Yangming Fu-organ.However,due to many factors such as personal constitution,historical background and so on,the treatment of the same disease is not the same.Excess syndrome of Yangming Fu-organ decreased the fluid and the energy over time.The disease is difficult to heal quickly,so the treatment should be combined with nourishing fluid and reducing excess.Although intestinal dryness and consumption of fluid is single syndrome,the degree of the disease is different,and the therapeutic method is different,which leads to different prescriptions.In this paper,five representative Chengqi Decoction for constipation caused by intestinal dryness and consumption of fluid were selected for analysis,in order to provide basis for clinical prescription based on the syndrome differentiation.
