基于《内经》“治未病”理论探讨溃疡性结肠炎防治

摘　　要：中医"治未病"理念源远流长,目前已形成一套包括未病先防、既病防变、既变防渐、瘥后防复等方面较为完整的理论体系,溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative colitis,UC)目前仍是一种病因尚不十分清楚的慢性非特异性炎症性疾病,病程长,治愈率低、治疗费用多且易复发,中医方面防治UC手段多、不良反应小、病人耐受高,将"治未病"理念与UC的治疗结合起来,具有良好的应用前景。UC的未病先防可通过远离诱因、调畅情志、控制饮食及起居有常与耳穴养护等方式扶助正气、防其发生;UC的既病防变可通过辨证论治、中药内服,采取个体化精准治疗,辅以针刺艾灸等手段达到既变防渐;UC的瘥后防复可通过维持治疗、调护脾肾、定期复查、膏方调养等中医特色方法来扶正固本,达到防止复发的目的。The concept of"treating pre-disease"in Chinese medicine has a long history.At present,a relatively complete theoretical system has been formed,including prevention before disease,prevention after disease,prevention of gradual change,prevention of recurrence.At present,ulcerative colitis(UC)is still a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease with unclear etiology,long course,low cure rate,multiple treatment costs and easy relapse.There are many methods for preventing and treating UC in Chinese medicine,which has less side effects and high tolerance of patients.It has a good application prospect to combine the concept of"treating pre-disease"with the treatment of UC.The prevention of UC can be achieved by keeping away from the cause,regulating emotion,controlling diet and daily life and nursing auricular points.The prevention of UC can be achieved by syndrome differentiation and treatment,internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine,individualized precise treatment and acupuncture moxibustion.The recurrence of UC can be achieved by maintaining treatment,regulating spleen and kidney,regular reexamination and gao fang rehabilitation and so on,is used to strengthen the foundation and prevent recurrence.
