门脉高压性胃病中医药防治特色及前景

摘　　要：门脉高压性胃病是肝硬化患者常见的胃黏膜病变,尤其以中晚期患者较为多见,是肝硬化上消化道出血的重要病理因素之一,能否早期对其进行干预与防治是提高肝硬化患者生活质量以及降低病死率的重要有效措施。在门脉高压性胃病的防治措施中,现代医学主要以对症治疗为主,缺少行之有效的防治措施与新的治疗手段,尤其在早期干预方面的不足较为显著,而传统中医药因其多因素、多靶点的治疗特性,目前已有大量研究证实其临床疗效,同时在肝硬化早期对门脉高压性胃病的预防上效果显著,作者通过检索大量近年相关研究与文献报道,对中医药防治门脉高压性胃病的理论特色及辨治要点进行总结与分析,对其治疗前景作出初步探讨,以求对后期临床用药及相关研究作以参考与指导。Portal hypertensive gastropathy is a common gastric mucosal lesion in the patients with liver cirrhosis,especially in the middle and late stages.It is one of the most important pathological factors in the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage of liver cirrhosis.It is an important effective measure to improve the quality of life and reduce the death and death rate of the patients with liver cirrhosis.In the prevention and treatment of portal hypertensive gastropathy,modern medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic treatment,lack of effective prevention and treatment measures and new treatment means,especially in early intervention,but the traditional Chinese medicine has been proved to be clinical because of its multiple factors and multi target treatment characteristics.At the same time,the effect is remarkable in the prevention of portal hypertensive gastropathy in the early stage of liver cirrhosis.By retrieving a large number of relevant research and literature reports in recent years,the author summarizes and analyzes the theoretical characteristics and the main points of the treatment of portal hypertensive gastropathy in traditional Chinese medicine,and makes a preliminary discussion on the prospect of its treatment in order to be in the later period of clinical practice.Use of drugs and related research for reference and guidance.
