从壮医“三道两路”论治老年性痴呆探析

摘　　要："三道两路"调畅,"三气"同步,达到中正平和,则身体健康无病。"三道两路"阻塞不通或调节失度,则"三气"无法同步,人体的气血平衡关系失调,导致心脑、肺、肾、脾胃等调节枢纽失衡,发为痴呆。故基于"三道两路"理论,应用经络同气理念指导壮医筋经疗法从局部调理整体气机,使人体与"三气"同步,调和心脑肺脾胃肾的气机,使机体内外达到平衡状态,以此达到治疗老年性痴呆的目的。"Three channels and two ways"smooth"three Qi"synchronization,to achieve the middle peace,healthy without disease."Three channels and two ways"obstruction or regulation loss of degree,"three qi"can not be synchronized,the body’s balance of qi and blood disorders,resulting in the imbalance of the heart,brain,lung,kidney,spleen and stomach and other regulatory hub,hair for dementia.Therefore,based on the theory of"three channels and two ways",the concept of"meridian and collateral channels together with Qi"is applied to guide the treatment of ZHUANG medical tendon meridian to regulate the overall Qi locally,so as to synchronize the human body with the"three Qi",harmonize the Qi of the heart,brain,lung,spleen,stomach and kidney,and achieve the balance state inside and outside the body,so as to achieve the purpose of treating senile dementia.
