摘　　要：高明利教授承传路志正教授中医治疗类风湿关节炎之经验,在病机上,强调脾胃失调为其病机之本,湿热痹阻为其病机之要;在治疗上,运用健脾和胃、升降、燥润之法调理脾胃且贯穿始终,宣肺、补脾、温补脾肾之法以扶正,而苦温、清化、理气、活血、芳香、淡渗之法以祛湿,且扶正祛湿并用,随证配伍调肝理脾、活血通脉之法,谨遵其经验,每获良效。Professor GAO Mingli passed on the experience of professor LU Zhizheng in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.In terms of pathogenesis,it is emphasized that the disorder of spleen and stomach is the fundamental pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis,and damp-heat blockage is the key point of pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.In the process of treating rheumatoid arthritis,we have been sticking to the methods of strengthening the spleen and stomach,adjusting the lift and drying and moistening to regulate the spleen and stomach,and supplementing the vital Qi by means of promoting the lung,reinforcing the spleen and warming the spleen and kidney.Through dry dampness with warmth and bitterness,clearing heat and dampness,regulating Qi,invigorating blood,resolving damp with aromatics,drain dampness with bland and other methods to achieve the purpose of removing dampness.When necessary,it should be applied together with supporting vital Qi and removing dampness.According to the clinical situation,the method of regulating the liver and regulating the spleen,and invigorating the flux pulse is added.In the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,according to the academic experience of professor LU Zhizheng,good results are always achieved.
