摘 要:目的:探讨安胰颗粒对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠ET/NO、TXA2/PGI2平衡的影响。方法:将120只清洁级SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、SAP(重症胰腺炎)组、IL-10(白介素10)组、安胰颗粒组。每组于3、6、12 h 3个时间点检测大鼠胰腺组织ET、NO、TXA2、PGI2的OD值,分别计算出ET/NO与TXA2/PGI2比值作均数对比。结果:胰腺组织病理:安胰颗粒组与IL-10组胰腺小叶增宽,周围见大量炎性细胞浸润;部分细胞出现点状坏死,但均较SAP组病变程度轻。正常对照组与安胰颗粒组相比,大鼠胰腺组织在3 h的ET/NO比值均数存在明显差异(P<0.01),6 h差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),12 h无明显差异(P>0.05);正常对照组与IL-10组相比,大鼠胰腺组织在3 h的ET/NO比值均数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6、12 h无明显差异(P>0.05)。安胰颗粒组与IL-10组相比,大鼠胰腺组织ET/NO比值均数在各时间点无明显差异(P>0.05)。正常对照组与安胰颗粒组相比,大鼠胰腺组织在3 h的TXA2/PGI2比值均数存在明显差异(P<0.01),6 h差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),12 h无明显差异(P>0.05);正常对照组与IL-10组相比,大鼠胰腺组织在3 h的TXA2/PGI2比值均数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6、12 h无明显差异(P>0.05)。安胰颗粒组与IL-10组相比,大鼠胰腺组织TXA2/PGI2比值均数在各时间点无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:安胰颗粒能有效纠正ET/NO、TXA2/PGI2平衡,改善胰腺组织微循环,减轻重症急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺的损伤。Objective:To explore the effects of Anyi granules on the balance of ET/NO,TXA2/PGI2 in rats with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:120 clean SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,SAP(severe pancreatitis)group,IL-10(interleukin-10)group,and Anyi granule group.OD values of rat pancreatic tissue ET,NO,TXA2,PGI2 were measured at 3 h,6 h and 12 h in each group and the mean values of ET/NO and TXA2/PGI2 were calculated and compared.Results:Pathology of pancreatic tissue:Pancreatic lobules were widened in Anyi Granule group and IL-10 group,and a large number of inflammatory cells infiltrated around them.Some cells showed punctate necrosis,but the pathological changes were milder than those in SAP group.The normal control group was compared with the Anyi granule group,there were significant differences in the ET/NO ratio mean of rat pancreatic tissue at 3 h(P<0.01),the 6 h difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference at 12 h;The normal control group was compared with the IL-10 group,the difference in ET/NO ratio mean of pancreatic tissue at 3 h was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference at 6 h and 12 h(P>0.05).The Anyi granule group was compared with the IL-10 group,there was NO significant difference in ET/NO ratio mean of pancreatic tissue in rats at all time points(P>0.05).The normal control group was compared with the Anyi granule group,there were significant differences in the TXA2/PGI2 ratio mean of rat pancreatic tissue at 3 h(P<0.01),the 6 h difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference at 12 h;The normal control group was compared with the IL-10 group,the difference in TXA2/PGI2 ratio mean of pancreatic tissue at 3 h was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference at 6 h and 12 h(P>0.05).The Anyi granule group was compared with the IL-10 group,there was no significant difference in TXA2/PGI2 ratio mean of pancreatic tissue in rats at all time points(P>0.05).Con
