摘　　要：肉芽肿性乳腺炎是一种以乳腺小叶为中心的非干酪样坏死、以肉芽肿为主要病理特征的慢性炎症性疾病。病因、发病机制尚不明确,临床表现为反复发作的乳腺肿块、脓肿及瘘管,迁延不愈。"海派中医"顾氏外科采用"清消法"结合"拖线疗法"内服外敷,中医中药贯彻全程;根据临床分期灵活运用激素治疗、抗生素治疗、手术治疗等,严格掌握手术指证、选择适宜的手术方式,取得了较好的临床疗效。将经验总结,为临床同道的诊疗提供参考。Granulomatous mastitis is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by non-caseous necrosis and inflammatory granuloma of the breast lobules.The etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear,and the clinical manifestations are recurrent breast masses,abscesses and fistulas.Shanghai School of GU’s Traditional Chinese Medicine practiced"clearance method"combined with"dragging line therapy"for internal and external application,and obtained satisfactory clinical effect.According to clinical stages,flexible use of hormones,antibiotics,and appropriate operative type,is the key to good therapeutic effect.This paper summarizes the experience and provides reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
