摘  要:目的:对骨结核病的SPECT/CT骨显像结果进行分析,探讨其核素显像影像学特征及鉴别要点。方法:回顾性分析我院18例经病理证实为骨结核的患者SPECT/CT影像学特点,进行分析研究。结果:本研究中,青少年1例,成年人17例;骨结核单发病灶11例,多发病灶7例;累及关节16例,无关节累及者2例;出现在中轴骨17例,非中轴骨1例;17例骨结核呈病灶中心放射性异常浓聚,1例呈病灶中心放射性稀释缺损、周围放射性异常浓聚。结论:SPECT/CT通过一次全身成像,观察全身骨多部位病灶,分析各病灶的解剖结构及代谢状态,可作为骨结核诊断及鉴别诊断的重要补充检查方法。Objective:To explore imaging features of^(99m)Tc-methylene diphosphonate(^(99m)Tc-MDP)whole-body SPECT/CT bone scintigraphy in patients with bone tuberculosis.Methods:The characteristics of^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT bone scintigraphy were analyzed retrospectively in 18 patients with bone tuberculosis confirmed by pathology from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University.Results:There were single bone tuberculosis lesion in 11 cases and multiple bone tuberculosis lesions in 7 cases.There were 16 cases with joint damage and 2 cases without joint damage.The lesions were located in ax-ial bone for 17 cases,and non-axial bone lesion for 1 case.There were 17 cases with abnormal radioactive concentration in the center of bone tuberculosis lesion,and 1 case with defect of radioactive distribution in the center of bone tuberculosis le-sion.Conclusion:^(99m)Tc-MDP SPECT/CT bone scintigraphy can detect multiple lesions in the whole body and analyze the anatomical structure and metabolic status of each lesion,which is an important imaging method for the diagnosis of bone tu-berculosis.
