摘  要:考察了不同试验条件对硫回收以及尾气加氢催化剂反应的影响,获得了动力学数据,建立了克劳斯催化剂和尾气加氢催化剂的动力学模型、转化率模型和寿命预测模型。在模型基础上开发出硫磺回收装置远程诊断系统,建立了远程技术服务平台。远程诊断系统能直观反映装置总体运行情况,实现对装置的远程监控,并对硫磺回收装置运行数据进行日常分析和异常分析,与优化软件接口实现数据共享。The effects of different test conditions on the recovery of sulfur and the reaction of tail gas hydrogenation catalysts were investigated,and obtained kinetic data,Clause catalysts and tail gas hydrogenation catalyst kinetic models,Conversion rate model and life prediction model were established.Based on these models,a remote diagnosis system for the sulfur recovery unit was developed,and a remote technical service platform was established.The remote diagnosis system can intuitively reflect the overall operation of the unit,and realize remote monitoring of the unit,daily analysis and abnormal analysis of the operation data of the sulfur recovery unit,and data sharing with the optimized software interface.
