摘 要:在中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司1 Mt/a催化裂化装置上进行了降低不完全再生装置氨氮和NO_x排放助剂RDNO_x(强化了CO助燃活性)的工业应用试验。结果表明:助剂按新鲜剂2%稳定加注后,再生器出口CO体积分数降低1~2百分点,锅炉超负荷运行情况得到缓解;锅炉出口外排烟气CO体积分数降低,提高了锅炉能量利用效率,有利于提高湿法静电运行的安全性;可在较低外排CO含量下控制烟气NO_x排放,减少甚至停止SCR注氨,控制废水氨氮排放(质量浓度由约150~180 mg/L降低到40~60 mg/L),具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。Commercial application test of RDNO_x additive(enhanced CO promotion activity)was conducted on the 1.0 MM TPY FCC unit in SINOPEC-SK(Wuhan)Petrochemical Company Ltd.to control flue gas NO_x emission and ammonia nitrogen in waste water.When the additive was added steadily by 2%of fresh FCC catalyst,CO concentration in regenerator flue gas was decreased by 1~2 percentage point,the load of CO boiler was alleviated.At the same time,CO in flue gas of CO boiler outlet was also decreased,which is beneficial to energy recovery and WESP operation.RDNO_x additive is capable to control NO_x under lower CO emission conditions,and the ammonia injection of SCR could be reduced or even stopped,ammonia nitrogen in waste water could be decreased(from about 150~180 mg/L to 40~60 mg/L),which produced significant social and economic benefits.
