摘　　要：根据国家林业和草原局《新一轮林地保护利用规划编制工作方案》和《新一轮林地保护利用规划编制技术方案》要求,对雨城区上一轮林地保护利用规划开展评价,总结规划实施情况和成效,分析新形势下林地保护和管理的难点,提出新一轮林地保护利用规划编制的工作思路和相关建议。According to the Notice of New Round of Establishment Scheme for Forest Land Protection and Utilization Planning and Technical Scheme for New Round of Forest Land Protection and Utilization Planning,printed and distributed by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration,this paper evaluates the last round of forest land protection and utilization planning in Yucheng district,summarizes the implementation and effectiveness of the planning,analyzes the difficulties of forest land protection and management under the new situation,and puts forward the working ideas and relevant suggestion for the preparation of a new round of forest land protection and utilization planning.
