摘 要:环氧浇注式绝缘管中间接头处因设计缺陷和安装工艺不良等,绝缘故障频发,严重影响了电网安全稳定运行,通过分析得到引起这类故障多发的原因主要在于中间接头部位爬电比距小、易受潮。基于有限元仿真分析,改进设计了绝缘管母线中间接头,并进行相关电气型式试验。试验结果和现场应用表明:改进后的绝缘管母线中间接头增大了绝缘管母线端部、绝缘筒内壁的爬电比距,提高了防水防潮性能,大大降低了绝缘管母线中间接头部位的故障发生率。Due to design defects and poor installation,insulation failures occur frequently at the joints of epoxy castable insulated pipes,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of power grid.Through analysis,it is found that the reasons for this kind of failures are short creepage distance and proneness to moisture of intermediate junction.Based on the finite-element simulation analysis,the intermediate joint of insulated tubular busbar was improved and the electrical test was carried out.The experimental results and field application show that the improved intermediate joint of insulated tubular busbar increases the specific creepage distance between the end of insulated tube bus and the inner wall of insulated tube,improves the waterproof and moisture-proof performance,and greatly reduces the failure rate of the intermediate joint of insulated tubular busbar.
