摘 要:吉林省东部稻区因地理环境原因经常遭遇低温冷害,使水稻产量大幅降低。为研究不同水稻品种在减数分裂期低温表现,本试验于低温条件下对多个优质水稻品种进行减数分裂期冷害鉴定试验,研究结果表明:耐冷性评价中,吉粳515的耐冷性表现为极强,上育397等14个品种的耐冷性表现为强;对SOD、CAT、POD三种酶活性综合分析,其中上育397、龙稻18等品种的酶活性比对照提高,各品种之间表现出显著差异;在稻米外观和营养品质方面,龙稻18、吉粳809等品种较其他品种差异显著。综合评价后得出,吉粳515、上育397、龙稻18、通系935、通禾66等6个品种的抗冷性比较强,适合在吉林省东部冷凉地区种植。The rice area in the east of Jilin Province often suffers from low temperature injury due to geographical environment,which greatly reduces the rice yield.in order to study the low temperature performance of different rice varieties during meiosis and further select suitable varieties for planting in this area,in this experiment,a number of high quality rice varieties in different regions were identified during meiosis stage under the condition of low temperature.the results showed that in the evaluation of cold tolerance,a number of high quality rice varieties in different regions were identified during meiosis stage.The cold tolerance of Jijing 515 was extremely strong,and 14 varieties,including Shangyu 397,showed strong cold tolerance.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the enzyme activities of SOD,CAT and POD,the enzyme activities of Shangyu 397 and Longdao 18 were higher than those of the control,and there were significant differences among the varieties,and the rice appearance and nutritional quality of Longdao 18,Jijing809,Jijing515 and Tongzi935 were significantly different from those of other varieties.After comprehensive evaluation,it was concluded that Jijing 515,Shangyu 397,Longdao 18,Tonghe 935 and Tonghe 66 had strong cold resistance and were suitable for planting in cold areas in the east of Jilin Province.
