摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)已严重困扰患者及患者家属的生活,但现阶段西医对于AD暂无特效治疗方案。大部分AD是由轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)进展而来的,在MCI阶段进行干预治疗,能有效改善预后。大量研究证实针刺能够提高MCI患者的认知,延缓其病程进展,但目前关于针刺治疗MCI的中枢效应机制尚不完全清楚。随着影像技术快速发展,静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)可动态且清晰地展示MCI患者治疗前后脑功能变化,因而rs-fMRI已被广泛应用于MCI诊断及针刺治疗机制研究。现对MCI的脑功能变化及针刺治疗MCI的脑功能反应进行综述。Alzheimer′s disease(AD)has seriously disturbed the lives of patients and their families,but now there is no specific western medicine to treat AD.Most AD is caused by mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Intervention and treatment on MCI can effectively improve the prognosis.A large number of studies have confirmed that acupuncture can improve the cognition of patients with MCI and delay the progression of the disease,but it is still not completely clear for the central mechanism.With the rapid development of image technology,Resting-state fMRI(rs-fMRI)can show dynamically and clearly brain function change in patients with MCI before and after treatment,so rs-fMRI has been widely used in the study of MCI diagnosis and central mechanism about acupuncture to treat MCI.This paper reviewed the changes of brain function in MCI and the brain function reaction in acupuncture treatment of MCI.
