基于知识图谱中医药诊治特应性皮炎现状分析

摘　　要：目的分析40余年中医药在特应性皮炎的诊治及研究现状。方法以“特应性皮炎”为研究主题,检索中国知网1980年1月—2021年8月的相关文献。使用CiteSpace与VOSviewer对作者团队和关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文论文569篇,40多年来中医药诊治特应性皮炎的年发文量呈上升趋势,尤其在近5年数量最多。40余年来中医药已广泛应用于特应性皮炎的诊治中,各类文献都有了一定数量的增长。结论基于知识图谱,直观的展示了我国40余年特应性皮炎在中医药领域的研究现状,展示了相关的研究团队,初步分析了本领域的研究热点,以期为今后中医药诊治本病提供更多参考。Objective To analyze the diagnosis,treatment and research status of atopic dermatitis with traditional Chinese medicine for more than 40 years.Methods Taking“atopic dermatitis”as the research subject,the relevant literatures from January 1980 to August 2021 were searched from CNKI.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to visually analyze the author team and keywords.Results A total of 569 Chinese papers were included.Over the past 40 years,the number of papers on the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis with traditional Chinese medicine has been increasing,especially in the past 5 years.Over the past 40 years,traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis,and the number of various literatures has been increasing to a certain extent.Conclusion Based on the knowledge map,it intuitively displayed the research status of atopic dermatitis in traditional Chinese medicine in China for more than 40 years,showed the relevant research teams and preliminarily analyzed the research hotspots in this field,in order to provide more references for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in the future.
