电子艾灸治疗痰湿中阻型高血压病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨电子艾灸治疗痰湿中阻型高血压病的临床疗效。方法将91例痰湿中阻证高血压患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。(1)对照组:在改善生活方式的基础上,包括低盐饮食、保证充足睡眠、适当运动、戒烟酒等,服用基础降压药;(2)治疗组:在对照组基础上,予穴位电子灸疗,穴位选择曲池、足三里、合谷穴,对各穴位施温和灸,以温热而不灼烫为度,15~20 min/次,2次/d。7 d为1个疗程,疗程结束后进行疗效评价。结果电子艾灸联合降压药与单纯降压药治疗痰湿中阻型高血压病相比,在降压幅度、安全性、降压平稳性及改善症状等方面差异无统计学意义;电子艾灸治疗临界高血压控制血压优于一般生活调摄者。结论电子灸疗可作为高血压病综合治疗的辅助方法,尤其对于临界高血压,在改善生活方式的基础上予以电子灸疗对于改善症状及控制血压有一定裨益。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of electronic moxibustion in the treatment of phlegm-dampness resistance type of hypertension.Methods Ninety-one patients with phlegm-dampness resistance type of hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.(1)Control group:On the basis of improving lifestyle,including low-salt diet,adequate sleep,appropriate exercise,smoking cessation and alcohol,the basic antihypertensive drugs were used.(2)Treatment group:On the basis of the control group,electronic moxibustion was given at the acupoints.Quchi(LI11),Zusanli(ST36)and Hegu(LI4)were selected.Gentle moxibustion was applied to the acupoints,with warm and no burning as the degree,15-20 min/time,2 times/day.Seven days was a course of treatment,and the efficacy was evaluated after the end of the course.Results Compared with simple antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of phlegm-dampness resistance type of hypertension,there was no statistical difference in the range,safety,stability of antihypertensive or improvement of symptoms.The electronic moxibustion treatment of borderline hypertension control of blood pressure was better than the general life modulator.Conclusion Electronic moxibustion therapy can be used as an auxiliary method for the comprehensive treatment of hypertension,especially for borderline hypertension.On the basis of improving life style,electronic moxibustion therapy has certain benefits for improving symptoms and controlling blood pressure.
