艾灸枕盒治疗神经根型颈椎病风寒湿证临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察国家发明专利艾灸枕盒治疗神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)风寒湿证患者的疗效及舒适状态。方法80例患者中医辨证为项痹病风寒湿证,随机分为两组各40例,治疗组使用国家发明专利艾灸枕盒,对照组使用传统艾灸盒,各隔天治疗1次,共治疗2周。观察临床疗效及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)法、颈椎功能评分的变化情况,同时进行舒适状态和情绪症状观察。结果(1)临床疗效:治疗组有效率85.00%(34/40),对照组有效率60.00%(24/40),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗前后组内比较,两组VAS疼痛评分、颈椎功能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,VAS疼痛评分、颈椎功能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组HAMA/HAMD和舒适状态评价,治疗组比对照组明显改善(P<0.01)。结论国家发明专利艾灸枕盒在治疗CSR风寒湿证患者具有疗效好,舒适状态高的特点。Objective To observe the curative effect and comfortable state of moxibustion pillow box invented by the state on treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The treatment group used the national invention patent moxibustion pillow box and the control group used the traditional moxibustion box,once every other day,lasting for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and cervical function score were observed and the comfort state and emotional symptoms were observed.Results(1)Clinical efficacy:The effective rate of the treatment group was 85.00%(34/40)and that of the control group was 60.00%(24/40).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)There were significant differences in VAS pain score and cervical function score of the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS pain score and cervical function score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,HAMA/HAMD and comfort evaluation were significantly improved in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The national invention patent moxibustion pillow box has the characteristics of good curative effect and high comfortable state.
