摘 要:慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)是以虚弱性疲劳为主要表现慢性复杂性综合征,其发病机制不明,且缺乏有效的诊疗手段。针刺治疗CFS有效,且广泛应用于临床,但其作用机理尚未明确。目前研究表明,针刺的作用靶点可能是多向性的,因此找出针刺的调控网络,并在网络中找到关键作用因子将为针刺作用机理研究的深入提供有力依据。蛋白质组学作为一种高通量的研究手段,能够从整体、网络水平上全面而动态地反映疾病的分子水平变化特征,并通过分析差异蛋白表达有效地阐释针刺作用机制。因此通过蛋白质组学技术研究针刺治疗CFS的作用机制是一种切实可行的研究手段,不仅可以全面揭示CFS的在蛋白水平的变化趋势,找出潜在的诊断标志物,还能从网络水平探讨针刺对于CFS的调控机制,找出针刺的主要作用途径。该文旨在探讨蛋白质组学在针刺治疗CFS作用机制研究中的潜在应用价值,为CFS的诊疗以及针刺的作用机制提供科学有效的研究思路。Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)is a chronic complex syndrome characterized by weak fatigue.Its pathogenesis is unknown and there is a lack of effective diagnosis and treatment.Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of CFS and is widely used in clinic,but its mechanism is not clear.The current research shows that the action target of acupuncture may be multidirectional.Therefore,finding out the regulation network of acupuncture and finding the key action factors in the network will provide a strong basis for the further study of the mechanism of acupuncture.As a high-throughput research method,proteomics can comprehensively and dynamically reflect the molecular level changes of diseases from the overall and network level,and effectively explain the mechanism of acupuncture by analyzing the differential protein expression.Therefore,it is a practical research method to study the action mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of CFS through proteomics technology.It can not only comprehensively reveal the change trend of CFS at the protein level and find out the potential diagnostic markers,but also explore the regulation mechanism of acupuncture on CFS from the network level and find out the main action pathway of acupuncture.This paper aims to explore the potential application value of proteomics in the study of the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of CFS,and provide scientific and effective research ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of CFS and the mechanism of acupuncture.
