摘　　要：绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)主要是由于女性卵巢功能衰弱,雌激素水平出现断崖式下落所引起,脆性骨折是其严重并发症,发生风险高于乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌的总和,是降低患者生存质量的要紧因素。如今,我国面临着日益严峻的老龄化局面,其发病率也显现出持续上升的走势。现临床常用的西药包括双膦酸盐类、降钙素类及绝经激素治疗类药物等,均存在着一定的用药风险,经济社会快速发展,国家对于健康问题的重视程度也有所提升,对诊疗方案的提升也抱有更高的期待。为探寻诊疗方案的优化革新,中医药对于绝经后骨质疏松症的治疗,逐渐成为临床热点研究方向,也得到了国家的鼎力支持。中医认为,该病的发生发展与肝肾两脏紧密相关,依据“乙癸同源”理论,总结分析了近年来通过调补肝肾法治疗PMOP的相关研究并作简要综述,以期为此后完善PMOP诊疗方案提供参考。Postmenopausal osteoporosis is mainly caused by the decline of female ovarian function and the precipitous drop of estrogen level.Fragility fracture is a serious complication,which has a higher risk than that of breast cancer,endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer combined,and it is an important factor to reduce the quality of life of patients.Nowadays,China is facing an increasingly severe situation of aging,and its incidence has also shown the trend that continues to rise.At present,commonly used western medicines include bisphosphonates,calcitonins and menopausal hormone therapy drugs and so on,which all have certain medication risks.With the rapid development of economy,the state attaches greater importance to health issues and has higher expectations for the improvement of diagnosis and treatment programs.In order to explore the optimization and innovation of the diagnosis and treatment scheme,the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine has gradually become a hot clinical research direction,and has also received strong support from the state.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence and development of the disease is closely related to the liver and kidney,and according to the theory that“Yi and Gui are derived from the same origin”,this essay summarized the relevant studies on the treatment of PMOP by regulating and nourishing liver and kidney in recent years and gave a brief review in order to provide reference for the improvement of the treatment plan of PMOP in the future.
