妇可靖胶囊治疗输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察妇可靖胶囊治疗输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕的疗效及对血液流变学、炎性反应及微生物感染的影响。方法91例患者随机分为对照组45例和观察组46例,对照组口服盐酸左氧氟沙星片,观察组加服妇可靖胶囊,28 d为1个疗程(经期停用),连用3个疗程。比较两组临床疗效;检测血液流变学指标(全血黏度,血浆黏度,红细胞压积,血沉)、炎症因子水平(IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP)和生殖道微生物(UU,MH,MG,CT)感染情况,记录不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率为91.3%(42/46),明显高于对照组的71.1%(32/45)(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容、血沉,血清TNF-α、CRP含量均明显较低(P<0.05);观察组混合感染及UU、MH单一感染率分别为2.2%(1/46)、10.9%(5/46)、4.3%(2/46),明显低于对照组的8.9%(4/45)、22.2%(10/45)、11.1%(5/45)(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论妇可婧胶囊联合盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕安全且有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fukejing Capsule(妇可靖胶囊)for oviduct inflammatory obstructive infertility and its impacts on haemorheology,inflammation and microbial infection.Methods Ninety-one patients were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and study group(n=46).The control group received Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablet and the study group received Fukejing Capsule additionally.The treatment course was 28 days,continuously treating for 3 courses(stopping during menstruation).The clinical efficacy,hemorheological parameters(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,HCT and ESR),serum levels of inflammatory indexes(IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α and CRP)and microbial infection(UU,MH,MG and CT)were compared.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results The effective rate of the study group was 91.3%,which was significantly higher than 71.1%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with those in control group,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,HCT and ESR;the serum levels of TNF-αand CRP were lower in the study group(P<0.05).The mixed infection rate,UU infection rate and MH infection rate of study group was 2.2%,10.9%and 4.3%,respectively.All were significantly lower than 8.9%,22.2%and 11.1%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction occurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fukejing Capsule combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablet is effective and safe for oviduct inflammatory obstructive infertility.
