疏风通络法联合信必可对支气管哮喘患者嗜酸粒细胞和肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疏风通络法联合信必可对支气管哮喘患者嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)和肺功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月本院收治的支气管哮喘患者80例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和试验组,各40例,两组患者均给予止咳、平喘、抗感染等常规治疗,对照组吸入信必可都保,试验组在此基础上联合应用疏风通络法治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组患者临床症状缓解/消失时间、治疗前后临床症状评分、肺功能及外周血EOS计数和FeNO水平变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗后试验组患者咳嗽、胸闷、呼吸困难缓解时间及哮鸣音消失时间均明显缩短(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者日间和夜间症状评分均明显降低,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者FEV1、FVC、PEF、FEV1/FVC均明显增加,且试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组患者Rrs均明显降低,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者外周血EOS计数和FeNO水平均明显降低,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论疏风通络法联合信必可都保可更明显地缓解支气管哮喘患者咳嗽、胸闷等临床症状,降低患者气道炎症程度,改善肺功能。Objective To study the influence of dispelling wind and dredging collateral method combined with Symbicort on eosinophils(EOS)and pulmonary function in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Eighty patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatments such as cough,asthma and anti-infection.The control group received inhalation of Symbicort and the experiment group was treated with dispelling wind and dredging collateral method on the basis of this.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The clinical symptom relief/disappearance time,clinical symptom scores,lung function and peripheral blood EOS count and FeNO level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the relief time of cough,chest tightness,dyspnea and disappearance time of wheezing were shortened significantly after treatment in the experiment group(P<0.01).Compared with those before treatment,the daytime and nocturnal symptom scores decreased significantly after treatment in the two groups.The experiment group′s was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC,PEF and FEV1/FVC were increased significantly after treatment in the two groups,and the experiment group′s were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The Rrs was decreased significantly in the two groups,and the experiment group′s was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with those before treatment,the EOS count in peripheral blood and FeNO level were decreased significantly after treatment in the two groups,and the experiment group′s were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion dispelling wind and dredging collateral method and Symbicort
