摘  要:鱼粉价格逐年上涨,优质鱼粉缺乏极大制约了水产配合饵料和养殖业的发展。因此,养殖业界正积极寻找合适的鱼粉替代品。目前的蛋白源鱼粉替代品大多营养成分不均衡,与鱼类的需求具有一定差异,存在氨基酸过量或缺乏的情况。文章主要综述了鱼类饵料中几种常用的鱼粉替代方案,通过分析其试验案例,总结其优势与缺点并初步探索解决方案,为鱼类饵料蛋白替代研究提供参考。With the depletion of natural resources, the price of fishmeal has risen year by year, and the lack of highquality fishmeal has greatly restricted the development of aquaculture compound feed and aquaculture. Therefore, the aquaculture industry is actively looking for suitable substitutes. Most of the protein substitutes in the current research are unbalanced in nutrients, which are different from the needs of fish. There is an excess or deficiency of amino acids. The article mainly reviews several commonly used fishmeal replacement schemes in fish feeds, analyzes the test cases,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, and makes preliminary analysis, so as to provide some reference for fish feed protein replacement research.
