摘　　要：西部污水处理厂提标改造工程采用二级脱氮的IFAS工艺,深度处理采用高效沉淀+纤维束滤池工艺,设计出水水质由原来的《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)的一级B标准提高到一级A标准。分析了污水厂改造前存在的问题及改造后取得的效果,并详细介绍了改造工程的工艺流程和设计参数。实际运行效果表明,出水水质稳定达到设计标准,可为类似污水处理工程改造提供参考。Upgrading and reconstruction project of Changchun western wastewater treatment plant adopted IFAS process for secondary denitrification,advanced treatment adopted efficient precipitation+fiber bundle filter process,and the effluent quality was upgraded from the first class B criteria to the first class A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002).The problems before the renovation of the sewage plant and the results after the renovation were analyzed,and the technological process and the design parameters of the renovation project were introduced.The operation effect showed that the effluent quality met the design standards.The project can provide reference for renovation of similar wastewater treatment projects.
