摘　　要：大学生管理是大学治理体系的重要组成部分,也是大学"立德树人"根本任务能否得到有效落实的关键环节。基于"放管服"视角,从高校制度框架设计、制度变革择定、制度体系构建、制度功能选择四方面作为切入点,从四重维度分析了大学生参与治理权力的诉求,管理趋向和制度性举措以及路径选择等问题,并在此基础上为当代大学生参与高校治理提出相关对策建议。As the significant part of the university’s governance system,the management of college students is also a key link for the effective implementation of the fundamental task of the university’s“morality establishment and people cultivation”.Based on perspective of“decentralization,administration and service”,this thesis takes the four aspects such as the design of the university’s system framework,the selection of system reforms,the construction of institutional systems,and the selection of system functions as the starting points.By virtue of four dimensions,it carries out the analysis on these problems such as the demands of college students to participate in governance power,management trends,changes in institutional measures,path selection and so on.And the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for improving the power of contemporary college students to participate in governance.
