摘 要:改革开放以来,我国义务教育管理体制之学术研究大致经历了三个阶段,核心议题分别是:探索地方负责、分级管理的新体制、在反思教育公平中呼吁加强政府的公共服务性建设、推进教育治理体系与治理能力现代化。40多年来,我国的义务教育管理体制研究在强烈的现实关注与历史反思中,形成了鲜明的建制性研究取向;在独立建构规范的话语体系与借鉴西方研究中,不断增强学术自主性;关注自上而下体制改革为主导,自下而上与上下融合的研究不断浮现。未来的研究需兼顾中国特色与全球视野,秉持理论融合与学科独立,并推进研究方法的持续创新。Since the reform and opening-up,research on the development and change of compulsory educational administration system has roughly undergone three stages.The core research issues exploring a new system of local responsibility and hierarchical management,calling for strengthening the construction of public service of the government in the process of reflecting on educational inequity,and achieving the modernization of education governance system and governance capacity has become the strongest voice of the times.In the past 40 years,the research on educational administration system has formed an obvious orientation of construction with a strong concern on reality and historical reflection.Academic autonomy is enhanced continuously during establishing normative discourse system independently and learning from western research.Researches that focus on the top-down reform are predominant,and those that adopt the bottom-up approach and the combination ones are gradually emerging.Future researches need to focus far more on both the Chinese characteristics and global vision,promote theory integration while adhering to discipline independence,and boost the continued innovation of research method.
