摘 要:当前高校治理中的学生参与表现出"数量少—质量低—持续难"的整体式微状况。一方面,由于对学生作用认识不到位和参与渠道不畅,学生群体仍然很少参与高校治理,且治理效能明显不高。另一方面,学生参与还尚未形成治理惯性,"运动性"治理特征较为凸显。而学生主体自觉缺位正是导致上述难题的核心病因,突出表现为:认同自觉缺失、行动自觉匮乏和评估自觉迟滞。为此,优化高校治理亟需激发学生参与的主体自觉,既要加强学生服务高校治理的思想教育,为学生参与高校治理提供行动舞台,也要鼓励学生群体主动评估高校治理状况,并大胆吸纳学生的治理建议。At present,the students’participation in university governance shows a holistic microstate of"less quantity-lower quality-continuous difficulty".On one hand,the overall due to the inadequate understanding to the students’role and poor participation channels,the student groups are still rarely involved in university governance,and the governance efficiency is not high.On the other hand,students’participation has not yet formed a governance inertia,and the characteristics of"sports"dominate.However,the absence of students’subjective consciousness is the core cause of the above problems,which is manifested as:lacking of identity consciousness,short age of action consciousness and delerying of evaluation consciousness.Therefore,optimizing the governance of universities urgently needs to stimulate the subjective consciousness of students’participation.It is not only necessary to strengthen the ideological education of students’service for university governance and provide a stage for students to participation in university governance,but also necessary to encourage students’taking the initiative to evaluate the situation of university governance and boldly absorb the governance suggestions of students’.
