摘　　要：新时代中国特色社会主义建设对国际化翻译人才培养提出了更高要求,本文分析了目前我国翻译人才培养存在的问题,探索国际化翻译人才培养的路径,从课程设置、教学改革、师资队伍、实践培养四方面提出对策,以期培养出服务于新时代中国特色社会主义建设和国家战略的国际化翻译人才。The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of internationalized translation talents. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of translation talents in China, explores the path of cultivating internationalized translation talents, and proposes countermeasures in five aspects:curriculum setting, teaching reform, teacher team, practice cultivation and policy improvement,with a view to cultivating internationalized translation talents who can serve the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and national strategies in the new era.
