摘  要:本研究基于缩合聚合反应,通过悬浮聚合的方式,制备了带有8-羟基喹啉基团的螯合树脂球珠,优化了分散体系、聚合溶剂种类及用量、反应温度等工艺参数,考察了不同吸附条件,如吸附溶液的p H值、吸附溶液初始浓度等对Cu^(2+)吸附性能的影响。以商品化的D401螯合树脂作为对照,在相同吸附条件下,所合成的8-羟基喹啉型螯合树脂对Cu^(2+)吸附量可达51.4mg/g,高于D401的吸附量1.6倍以上。In this study,the chelating resin with 8-hydroxyquinoline groups based on condensation polymerization was synthesized,and the spherical resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization,and the synthesis process parameters,such as types of dispersion stabilizer,type and amount of polymeric solvent,reaction temperature and so on were optimized,at the same times,the effects of different adsorption conditions on the adsorption properties towards Cu^(2+)were also investigated,such as pH value and initial concentration of the adsorption solution.Using commercial D401 resin as a control,the adsorption capacity of the 8-hydroxyquinoline chelating resin towards Cu^(2+)is able to reach 51.4mg/g,which is 1.6 times higher than that of D401.
