摘 要:本文以超支化聚酰胺-胺(HPAMAM)为原料,采用环氧氯丙烷(ECH)、乙二醇缩水甘油醚(EGDE)和二甘醇缩水甘油醚(DGDE)三种环氧交联剂通过简单温和的交联反应制备了三种交联树形分子凝胶(C_(3)HP_(20))吸附剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、场发射扫描电镜(FT-SEM)、热重分析(TG)和X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)等方法对三种凝胶吸附剂的结构和形貌进行了表征。通过一系列吸附实验研究了三种凝胶吸附剂对水中Ag(Ⅰ)的去除效果。结果表明,成功制备了三种C_(3)HP_(20)凝胶吸附剂,三种凝胶吸附剂对Ag(Ⅰ)都表现出优异的吸附效果,且吸附容量具有ECH_(3)HP_(20)>EGDE_(3)HP_(20)>DGDE_(3)HP_(20)的规律。在25℃时,三种凝胶吸附剂吸附Ag(Ⅰ)的最佳pH都是6.0,吸附在300min时达到平衡。动力学过程符合拟二级动力学模型,吸附热力学可以用Langmuir模型拟合。在35℃,pH为6.0时,ECH_(3)HP_(20)对Ag(Ⅰ)的理论饱和吸附量为3.6mmol·g^(-1)。Three kinds of crosslinked dendrimer(C_(3)HP_(20))gels were prepared by simple and mild crosslinking reaction of hyperbranched polyamide-amine(HPAMAM)with three epoxy crosslinking agents:epichlorohydrin(ECH),ethylene glycol glycidyl ether(EGDE)and diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(DGDE).The structure and morphology of three kinds of gel adsorbent were characterized by FT-IR,FT-SEM,TG and XPS.A series of adsorption experiments were carried out to study the removal effect of three kinds of gel adsorbent on Ag(Ⅰ)in water.The results showed that three C_(3)HP_(20)gel adsorbents were successfully prepared,and all of them showed excellent adsorption effect on Ag(Ⅰ).The adsorption capacity followed the order of ECH_(3)HP_(20)>EGDE_(3)HP_(20)>DGDE_(3)HP_(20).At 25℃,the optimum pH of Ag(Ⅰ)adsorbed by the three gel sorbents was 6.0,and the adsorption reached equilibrium at 300min.The kinetic process conformed to the pseudo second-order kinetic model,and the adsorption thermodynamics can be fitted by Langmuir model.At 35℃and pH=6.0,the theoretical saturated adsorption capacity of ECH_(3)HP_(20)for Ag(Ⅰ)was 3.6mmol/g.
