酚醛树脂基吸附剂的制备及其吸附Au(Ⅲ)性能研究

摘  要:目前贵金属回收技术存在能耗高、对环境有害、回收过程复杂等缺点,有必要开发一种生态友好型吸附剂回收贵金属。本文制备了一种由二乙烯三胺改性的间苯二酚-甲醛树脂(RDF),它是一种简易自组装的吸附剂,其吸附过程遵循准二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附模型,RDF对Au(Ⅲ)具有高达1373mg/g的吸附容量,其高吸附能力和还原能力来自树脂上的酚羟基及接枝的亚氨基与酸性溶液中的氯化金络合阴离子的多层次协同作用。进一步的再生与循环吸附Au(Ⅲ)实验表明,RDF至少可以回收利用4次,其吸附机理包括Au(Ⅲ)与RDF树脂官能团之间的静电作用、金属离子螯合或络合作用以及树脂对Au(Ⅲ)的还原作用。该新型吸附剂制备方法简单,吸附性能优异,有望成为吸附水溶液中Au(Ⅲ)的理想材料。At present,precious metal recovery technology has disadvantages such as high energy consumption,harmful to the environment,and complex recovery process.It is necessary to develop an eco-friendly adsorbent to recover precious metals.In this paper,a resorcinolformaldehyde resin modified by diethylenetriamine named RDF was prepared,which is a facile self-assembled adsorbent whose adsorption process follows Pseudo-second-order kinetics and Langmuir model.RDF exhibited a high adsorption capacity towards Au(Ⅲ)of reached 1373mg/g.The multi-level synergy between the phenolic hydroxyl groups and the grafted imino groups on the resin and the complex anion of gold chloride gives RDF outstanding adsorption capacity and reducing ability.Further regeneration and cyclic adsorption experiments showed that RDF can be recycled at least 4 times.In general,The novel adsorbent has a simple preparation procedure and excellent adsorption performance,making it an ideal material for adsorbing Au(Ⅲ)in aqueous solution.
