摘 要:在分析考察强酸大孔树脂与纤维状离子交换材料微观形貌与骨架结构特点的基础上,系统研究了弱酸离子交换纤维、强酸离子交换纤维与强酸大孔树脂在气、液相条件下对不同有机胺(苯胺、吡啶与乙二胺)的吸附性能。结果表明,与强酸大孔树脂相比,纤维状离子交换剂具有吸附动力学性能优异、循环再生性好等特点,且对有机胺的吸附活性随功能基酸性的增强而增强,其结果归因于纤维外比表面积高、传质距离短、渗透压稳定性好等自身优势。本研究为纤维状离子交换材料在气、液态有机胺吸附领域的应用与发展提供了实验支撑与参考。On the basis of analyzing the microstructure and skeleton structure of strong acid macroporous resin and fibrous ion exchange materials,the adsorption properties of weak acid ion exchange fibers,strong acid ion exchange fibers and strong acid macroporous resin for different organic amines(aniline,pyridine and ethylenediamine)were investigated in liquid and gas conditions.The results indicated that the fibrous ion exchanger has remarkable adsorption kinetics and excellent cyclic regeneretion when compares with the strong acid macroporous resin.Besides,the adsorption activity of adsorbents to organic amines increases with the increase of functional group acidity,which is attributed to the advantages of high external specific surface area,short mass transfer distance and good osmotic pressure stability.This work provides an experimental support for the application and development of fibrous ion exchange materials in the field of gas and liquid organic amine adsorption.
